The dinner will once again be held at St. Margaret of Scotland Church Hall, 3751 Robie St., Halifax. Guest speaker will be The Rev. Canon Stephen Paul Booth, Ph.D., (who has kindly agreed to become our Society’s chaplain). He will speak on the topic “The Ubiquity of English Tradition and Culture”.  

Here are the details for our event

Date: Thursday April 23, 2026
Time: Dinner 6:00 for 6:30 pm
Dress: Black tie, business optional.
Menu: Juice, green salad, bread roll, Yorkshire pudding, roast beef, gravy, vegetables and dessert
Cost: $30 all-inclusive per person, including wine.

Payment: Cheques or cash are acceptable at the door. For payment in advance by mail, cheques should be sent to Vera at 6 Kent Ave., Halifax, N.S. B3M 3S4 and be payable to the Royal St. George’s Society Halifax.
