DESCRIPTION:The dinner will once again be held at St. Margaret of Scotland Church Hall\, 3751 Robie St.\, Halifax. Guest speaker will be The\nRev. Canon Stephen Paul Booth\, Ph.D.\, (who has kindly agreed to become our Society’s chaplain). He will speak on the topic\n“The Ubiquity of English Tradition and Culture”.   \nHere are the details for our event\nDate: Thursday April 23\, 2026\nTime: Dinner 6:00 for 6:30 pm\nDress: Black tie\, business optional.\nMenu: Juice\, green salad\, bread roll\, Yorkshire pudding\, roast beef\, gravy\, vegetables and dessert\nCost: $30 all-inclusive per person\, including wine.\nRSVP: As soon as possible.
